Refund policy
We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately, attaching photos, if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Gently note, that Gift Cards purchased cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Exchanges
Exchanges of an item would be done either if the item received is damaged or you have received the wrong item by mistake. If your order exceeded €55, hence you were eligible for free delivery, our courier will come to you with the new item. If your order was not eligible for free delivery, you can come to our workshop in Birkirkara to exchange it.
Refunds
If you opt for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
